How Long Has Haaland Been Playing

Hey there, curious mind! Ever found yourself cheering for Erling Haaland, that Norwegian striker who's been setting the soccer world ablaze, and wondered, "How long has this guy been playing football?" Well, buckle up, 'cause we're about to dive in!

From Toddler to Teen Sensation

Let's rewind the clock to 2004. Erling was just a tiny tot, barely four years old, when he kicked his first ball. Now, you might be thinking, "Four? That's like, what, pre-school age?" Yep, you're spot on! Little Erling was already showing signs of the soccer superstar he'd become.

His dad, Alf-Inge Håland, a former professional footballer himself, introduced young Erling to the beautiful game. And it wasn't long before the youngster was scoring goals left, right, and center at his local club, Bryne FK.

First Pro Contract at 15

Fast forward to 2016, Erling was just 15 years old when he signed his first professional contract with Molde FK. Can you believe it? That's like, half our lifetime ago! Imagine being a teenager and already living your dream. Talk about #Goals, right?

But here's the thing, folks. Erling didn't just waltz into the big leagues. No, no, no. He put in the hours, the sweat, the tears. He trained, he practiced, he played. And guess what? He was still just a kid, juggling football with school and friends. Now that's dedication!

From Red Bull Salzburg to the Big Leagues

In 2019, Erling made a name for himself at Red Bull Salzburg. He was scoring goals like it was going out of style, breaking records left and right. And then, boom! He landed at Borussia Dortmund in 2020. The rest, as they say, is history.

Guardiola confident of Haaland revival if Man City 'play better'

Now, at just 21 years old, Erling Haaland is already a force to be reckoned with. He's scored over 100 goals in his professional career, and he's not showing any signs of slowing down. So, when you see him on the pitch, remember, this guy's been at it since he was a little whippersnapper!

Inspired Yet?

So, there you have it, folks! Erling Haaland's been playing football for over a decade now. And you know what? It's never too late to start something you love. Whether it's soccer, painting, or playing the guitar, go on, give it a shot! Who knows? You might just find your passion, your purpose, your 'thing'.

And hey, if Erling can go from a four-year-old kicking a ball around to a professional footballer scoring goals for the world to see, imagine what you could achieve. So, what are you waiting for? Get out there and start your journey. The world's waiting!
