Meet Alex Pruitt

Alex Pruitt, played by the charming Alex D. Linz, is our hero for the day. He's a bright, resourceful kid who's left home alone (again!) and has to defend his house from some not-so-nice guys. But let's get to the burning question – how old is he?

Well, unlike Kevin McCallister, who we saw grow up from Home Alone to Home Alone 2, Alex Pruitt is a one-movie wonder. But don't worry, we've got the scoop! Alex D. Linz, the actor who brought Alex Pruitt to life, was born on January 3, 1989. That means, when Home Alone 3 was released in 1997, he was a sprightly 8 years old!
